Innovation meets practice – from 8 to 15 October 2025, the outdoor area of the K trade fair in Düsseldorf will be transformed into a centre for forward-looking plastics recycling. Under the motto ‘Edvanced Recycling – Prime Solutions for advanced recycling’, EREMA will be presenting state-of-the-art technologies in live operation, impressively demonstrating how efficiently and versatilely plastic waste can be processed today. Over the eight days of the trade fair, eleven different materials will be recycled in a total of 15 test runs – a real material marathon.
At the Edvanced Recycling Centre (Stand FG CE03), visitors can experience recycling up close – from the input material on the conveyor belt to the perfectly filtered and degassed regranulate to the finished, odour-optimised pellet.
At the heart of the live demonstration is the INTAREMA® TVEplus® DuaFil® Compact double filtration system, which will transform eleven different post-consumer plastic materials into high-quality regranulates over the eight days of the trade fair. This diversity underscores the enormous flexibility and performance of the technology, which can be individually adapted to a wide range of requirements.
The ReFresher technology for odour-optimised premium granulates, which has been established on the market for many years, is also in use.
Recycled products in the spotlight – EREMA showcases results
But EREMA is not only exhibiting machines, it is also presenting what they produce: over 60 products containing up to 100 per cent recycled material are on display – from food-safe HDPE bottles and cosmetics packaging to lifestyle products. Some of these products are made directly on site from plastic waste that is recycled during the trade fair.
