VOLEX awarded 2nd Place in Recycling Product of the Year

EREMA’s VOLEX technology has been awarded 2^nd place in the PolyformNext Product of the Year 2026 awards in the Recycling category. The award is a fantastic recognition of this approach to significantly reducing VOC levels in recycled pellets.

VOLEX features an innovative water stripping system integrated into the INTAREMA^® TVEplus^® extruder. This enables:

• Up to 40% lower VOCs in recycled pellets compared to standard TVEplus^® degassing
• Consistently high throughput without compromising mechanical properties
• New application possibilities, thanks to higher recycled content in films, lifestyle products, automotive interiors and more

VOLEX technology was nominated by PolyformNext and selected as the 2^nd place winner through an open reader vote.
