Over the past decades, Abriso Jiffy has continuously expanded its recycling capacities and improved its processes. However, as the input material becomes increasingly contaminated, the demands on recycling technology also increase. To handle this, Abriso Jiffy uses an INTAREMA recycling system, which efficiently removes contaminants from the PE foam waste while ensuring stable processing and consistently high pellet quality.
The high-quality regranulate produced is reused in the company’s own PE foam extrusion lines. This is a clear example of how advanced recycling technologies enable manufacturers to move towards a real circular economy in plastics processing.
