Advanced plastics recycling is inextricably linked with EREMA

‘Power of Plastics’ - the motto of this year's K trade fair – captures what plastics can con-tribute to a sustainable future. But true power only unfolds when recycling is consistently integrated into the entire value chain.

In recent years, the development of expertise in plastics recycling has accelerated significantly – a truly positive development that highlights the growing awareness of circular economy principles across the industry.

To fully realise the potential of plastics in a sustainable system, three elements are essential:

  1. Customised technologies that reliably meet the highest quality requirements.
  2. Economically viable recycling solutions that are both efficient and scalable.
  3. Open dialogue and exchange to unlock the full potential of the circular economy.

“This is exactly where we come in with our Edvanced Recycling campaign: We are showing how high-quality recycling is economically feasible and thus driving the transformation of the plastics industry. Our machines are an important part of the solution, but even more important is the interdisciplinary discourse that enables innovative approaches and sustainable change.”
